I’ve been making websites and working in the web industry since 1999 when I helped Wilhelmina Von Buellen build kenjisice.com (the site has since been revamped by someone else) – a brochure site for dynamic ice carver Kenji Ogawa.
I’ve gone from being a meek designer/html developer to a proud project manager/producer. I still do design and HTML but the web has changed a lot since ’99 and it’s no longer just about webpages and HTML. So for some projects I call on a few select individuals to help out.
Over the last 2 years I’ve worked for ad agencies in London with my project manager hat on. Big brands like 02 (online ad component of various campaigns), Sony Playstation (PlayTV microsite), channel Five (microsite for remake of Supertars gameshow and Microsoft (server and tools – email campaigns, banner ads, microsites).
I’ve also built many sites for small business – Melissa Coote (artist), Groundfloor Gallery, the London picture hanger, Woollahra art removals to name a few.
If you’re interested in talking to me about your website or online presence (remember, these days it’s often more than just about your website), then email me – patrick@peartruck.com or ph +44 776 609 3035.
